An area of the bank after planting. The bank was sprayed off with 'Roundup' and after the grass and weeds had 'gone off' the surface was broken up by the digger. There is chalk near the surface and it was difficult to get a good tilth in which to plant. The plants used were selected to suit the site and conditions.
